Excelente atención desde el Callcenter hasta la llegada. Muy puntuales y superaron expectativas! El staff muy amables y serviciales, la comida fresca, deliciosa y porciones correctas. Si deseas realizar glamping las tiendas son muy seguras, limpias, confortables y hermosas. Les recomiendo las de vista al mar. El amanecer y atardecer son preciosos! Nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Recomiendo llevar bastante repelente de mosquitos porque estamos en una montaña, por lo que es normal esta situación. Esta es una experiencia diferente para descansar, disfrutar del mar y la biodiversidad del lugar! Vale la pena el esfuerzo, la pasamos genial! De seguro regresamos! A highlight of our Costa Rica trip. The facilities here are perfect. It was luxury glamping in every way. The phosphorescent bay boat ride was truly spectacular. There was zero light pollution in this area, so the glowing waters were stunning.

Si tuviera que describir la calidad de este lugar en lo que hospitalidad, atención, infraestructura y comodidades la mejor palabra sería excelencia. Esto porque, desde que lo reciben a uno en el estacionamiento la amabilidad, cordialidad y disponibilidad por ayudar a hacer de la experiencia de viaje única y memorable se nota en cada uno de los que forman parte del personal. Gerardo, Xinia, Manuel, Jason, Jorge, Josue,Kimberly, don Miguel, don Ivan y esto solo por mencionar algunos, todos siempre atentos a que uno tenga una estadía mas que placentera y agradable. We always enjoy Chiquita and we do bring lot of our client and family
You always have great worker
This time the breakfast quality was not that great
Then we propose the tour for the lumino to our clients 40$ per person was way deceiving for what our client saw
Then it seems that you are short in employes
Could not order drink in front of the lagoon
For sunset
Had to go at the bar
Small things that we never had to complain about before

L’arrivée en bateau navette sur cette petite île vous transporte au paradis ! L’accueil est très agréable avec toujours beaucoup de gentillesse; les tentes très haut de gamme et parfaitement équipées en pleine nature avec une très belle vue ,confirment cette impression de petit paradis … Les zones de vie sont très agréables , fauteuils, hamacs , bains de soleil , paddle et kayaks à votre disposition . Petite piscine , plus une enfant et 1 jacuzzi à côté du bar pour un grand confort; Pdj de bonne qualité et restaurant très bien situé avec un beau panorama et une cuisine de grande qualité, (toujours un peu chère ) Petit défaut du site : la transparence de l’eau de mer n’est pas top ! Des excursions de mer pour la pêche au gros sont possibles . De notre court séjour de 48 h nous retiendrons le côté paradisiaque bien présent , et surtout l’extrême gentillesse de tout le personnel .

Excellent stay. We had two nights in a premier tent which had a nice cool outside tub and a stocked mini bar upon arrival, definitely worth the extra if you can stretch to it. The tent had a glorious view over the ocean which we had also booked. Super comfortable bed and nice organic bathroom items, loads of space. Arrival was by a 5 minute boat ride and the welcome was lovely. Restaurant beautiful overlooking the water, great food and as two vegetarians we had plenty of choice. All freshly cooked. We did the early morning birdwatching boat trip which we thoroughly enjoyed, the guide was very good. Not as many birds as in the forest areas obviously but still lots to look at. I had a massage which was excellent. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Excelente hotel con estilo muy único, muy aislado de todo y excelente para relajarse. La calidad de las instalaciones son muy buenas, las camas y almohadas muy comodas y con todas las comodidades de un hotel normal, definitivamente vale la pena pagar por AC en la ha habitacion y la pensión completa. Las comidas en el restaurante son excelente calidad y sabor, y menú muy variado.
